Rick Wiles - President
Rick started in the indoor air quality industry in 1993, after a rewarding 25 year career in the general insurance field. In the early days he worked in all areas of the business, from booking appointments to cleaning ducts. Now, he focuses on sales and customer service, and is continually updating his knowledge of this rapidly-changing industry, in order to add the latest products and services to AAQ.
Mark Wiles, RASDT - General Manager
Mark is a certified Residential Air System Design Technician (RASDT), and has been a key member of the AAQ team for 16 years. He has a keen interest in customer service, as well as the ever-increasing advancements in improving indoor air. He is an expert on all facets of air duct cleaning, as well as indoor air quality products and installations.
Judy Wiles - Office Administrator
Judy joined the company in 1994, bringing with her essential administrative skills gained in the insurance, banking and high tech sectors. She continues to be integral to the day to day operations of AAQ, including answering customer queries on the phone, and handling the accounting.
Elmer Moores - Ottawa Valley Manager
Elmer has specialized in Indoor Air Quality for over 20 yrs. He has worked as both a Production Manager for a province-wide duct cleaning company and the head of his own local duct cleaning business. He manages the Ottawa Valley and Pontiac regions from Arnprior through to Deep River.
